关于修订的最新消息

更新 – ISO 9001: 修订推迟至2026年

ISO 9001修订的决定是在8月份做出的。2023年12月，负责“ISO 9001修订”的工作组“TC 176 SC2 WG 29”首次会议在伦敦的BSI英国标准协会召开，并得到了广泛参与。

ISO 9001修订版的发布现在预计将推迟到2026年。在2024年7月15日至19日于美国底特律召开的会议上，委员会草案（CD）进行了审查，并纳入了相应的意见。这一工作于2024年7月29日至30日在线上继续进行。在此过程中，决定ISO 9001将进行第二次委员会草案（CD2），以便充分纳入大量意见。通常情况下，这只需要一次通过。下一次会议也已定于2024年9月，在那次会议上将决定下一步如何进行。我们会在这里为您更新最新情况！

修订过程的“设计规范”已被确认作为指导方针。这意味着标准的范围和结构不会发生根本性变化，这意味着章节结构和核心内容应保持不变。要求文本仅会有轻微更改；更有可能通过注释和附录中的添加进行澄清。

一些更改将来自于通用结构（“高层结构”）的进一步发展，例如：

§  为了与遵循“高层结构”的那些标准实现统一，基本文本模块的标准化；

§  要求的跨领域定义；

§  前瞻性地引入措施。

重点还在于开发指南，以在注释中和/或以注释的形式澄清要求。

大量精力用于评估“新兴议题”的相关性。这指的是预先分类为“可能具有重大意义”的发展（近年来的解释请求已被审查和评估）。此外，还就风险和机会之间的区分，以及关于文件要求的表述和对质量管理体系融入整个组织管理的理解进行了初步讨论。

为了避免误解，标准的附录将被扩展。

ISO 9000也在与ISO 9001同步修订。相应的ISO工作组TC176 SC1正在考虑质量管理原则的调整以及新定义或修改定义的引入。结果将进行协调。

该标准正在作为试点项目开发，使用新的“在线开发工具”——引入ISO标准的数字化。

News on the revision

Update – ISO 9001: Revision not until 2026

The decision to revise ISO 9001 was made in August. In December 2023, the first meeting of the working group "TC 176 SC2 WG 29" on the "Revision of ISO 9001" – the international standard in quality management – took place in London at the BSI British Standards Institute with extensive participation.

The publication of the ISO 9001 revision is now expected to be delayed until 2026. At the meeting from 15.-19.07.2024 in Detroit/USA, the Committee Draft (CD) was reviewed and corresponding comments were incorporated. This was continued online from 29.-30.07.2024. As part of this, it was decided that ISO 9001 would undergo a Committee Draft 2 (CD2) in order to incorporate the wealth of comments accordingly. As a rule, "only" one pass is necessary for this. A follow-up date is also already scheduled for September 2024, at which a decision will be made on how to proceed. We will keep you up to date here!

What comes next, what applies?

The "Design Specification" for the revision process has been confirmed as a guideline. This means that no fundamental changes to the scope and structure of the standard are expected, meaning that the chapter structure and core content should remain unchanged. The requirements text is to be changed only slightly; clarifications are more likely to be made via comments and additions in the annex. Some changes will result from the further development of the common structure ("High Level Structure") - such as

§  Standardization of basic text modules in order to achieve harmonization with those standards that are subject to the "High Level Structure";

§  Overarching definition of requirements;

§  forward-looking introduction of measures.

The focus is also on the development of guidelines to clarify requirements in the notes and/or in the form of notes.

A great deal of effort was put into assessing the relevance of "emerging topics". This refers to developments that were classified in advance as "potentially significant" (interpretation requests from recent years were reviewed and evaluated). In addition, initial discussions were held on differentiating between risks and opportunities, as well as on formulations with regard to documentation requirements and the understanding of the integration of the quality management system into the management of the overall organization.

The annex to the standard is to be expanded in order to avoid misinterpretations.

ISO 9000 is also being revised in parallel with ISO 9001. The corresponding ISO working group TC176 SC1 is considering the adaptation of the quality management principles and the introduction of new or amended definitions. The results will be coordinated.

The standard is being developed as a pilot project using a new "online development tool" - an introduction to the digitalization of ISO standards.
