Lifelong learning is of importance not only for each and every one of us, 

but also for organisations and networks. If you want to remain competitive or expand your lead in the market, 

you need to improve a bit every day.

quality austria audits are conducive to a critical approach to an organisation; they reveal weak points 

that still need to be overhauled and identify areas with potential for improvement. A milestone in this 

context was achieved in 2000 with the ISO 9001 focusing on process orientation. The individual corporate 

divisions are interdependent of each other, but they are often regarded as separate units within the organisation. 

In addition, the legislator and clients require companies to increasingly integrate environmental and safety aspects

 into quality management as well, which gives rise to new interactions.

Where do we stand ten years after the ISO 9001 revision when it comes to process approach? What support does 

Quality Austria give to its customers through the enhanced quality austria audit design? How can organisations 

and networks learn and develop? In their presentations and expert talks, Quality Austria and some of its clients 

will come up with the answers to these questions and provide practical examples.
