QMD Services GmbH 成立于 2018 年，总部位于奥地利维也纳和林茨，是 Quality Austria 的全资子公司。QMD 是奥地利唯一一家在欧盟《体外诊断医疗器械法规》(IVDR) 和《医疗器械法规》(MDR) 下指定的公告机构（NB 2962），并成为整个欧盟仅有的 17 家同时具备 MDR 与 IVDR 指定资格的机构之一。

自 2025 年起，上海amjs澳金沙门与QMD 建立官方合作伙伴关系，为中国医疗器械企业提供 MDR 与 IVDR 认证服务。通过这一合作，amjs澳金沙门 进一步拓展了在医疗器械领域的专业服务能力，帮助客户以更高效、更可靠的方式进入欧盟市场。
